Chelmsley Wood is a large housing estate and civil parish within the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull, England, with a population of 12, It is located near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition lies about eight miles east of Birmingham City Centre and 5 miles to the north of Solihull town centre.

In Birmingham City Council compulsorily purchased the ancient Metropolitan borough: Solihull. Chelmsley Wood history.
